Why Epoxy?

Custom Epoxy counters are  the solution for customers seeking a high end customizable look for a lower price than stone. Veins & Mineral effects found in natural stone can be mimicked and enhanced with epoxy.

Impact resistant-
Epoxy countertops are more heavy-duty than real stone as well as concrete,  curing 5 times stronger and more durable making them excellent strength and durability. Another amazing fact is they don't chip or crack!

Heat resistant
- Custom Epoxy countertops can withstand up to 500 degree temperatures

 Non porous-
Unlike the average stone material used for countertops, Custom epoxy countertops are non porous. They are 100% solid surfaces which makes them antimicrobial easier to clean! What this means is they won't breed harmful bacteria like many common porous stone surfaces!

Seamless-
Custom Epoxy is also seamless! This creates a solid flawless look that no other product can provide.

Scratch resistant-
Our skilled epoxy artisans only use high quality materials and finish the product with a protective added layer creating a scratch resistant surface!

All customizable-
Unlike stone we are not limited to slab size, stone availability,or colors. We take your vision and create uniquely tailored surfaces customized to your choice of colors, design, & sheen.

Stone vs Custom Epoxy Countertops?

Stone Countertops:

  1. Appearance: Stone countertops, such as granite, marble, quartzite, and soapstone, offer a natural and elegant appearance with unique patterns and colors.
  2. Durability: Stone countertops are durable and resistant to scratches, heat, and stains when properly sealed and maintained. Unfortunately stone counters crack, chip and have noticeable seams. Unlike epoxy countertops that are seamless!
  3. Variety: There is a wide variety of stone options available, although you are limited to colors, designs, and stone slab availability.
  4. Maintenance: Stone countertops require regular sealing to prevent staining and etching, and they may need periodic resealing depending on the type of stone and level of use.
  5. Cost: Stone countertops can be expensive, with prices varying depending on the type of stone selected and the complexity of the installation.

Custom Epoxy Countertops:

  1. Appearance: Epoxy countertops can have a natural elegant appearance as we can create stone and mineral effects. A gloss or matte sheen look is available as well as any colors and designs imaginable.
  2. Seamless Finish: Epoxy countertops can be poured directly onto existing surfaces, creating a seamless and smooth finish without visible grout lines.
  3. Durability: High-quality custom epoxy countertops are resistant to scratches, stains, and heat, making them suitable for heavy-use areas like kitchens. Epoxy countertops do NOT crack or chip like stone!
  4. Maintenance: Epoxy countertops are relatively low-maintenance, requiring regular cleaning with mild soap and water. They are also non-porous and do not require sealing.
  5. Cost: Custom Epoxy countertops can be more cost-effective compared to natural stone options, depending on the complexity of the design and installation process.

Aside from their versatility, low maintenance and durability Custom epoxy offers much more.

Repairability: While both epoxy and natural stone countertops are relatively resistant to damage, epoxy countertops are easier to repair. Stone countertops may require professional restoration services to fix damage, which can be costly.

Ultimately, the choice between stone countertops and epoxy countertops depends on factors such as personal preference, budget, desired aesthetics, and maintenance requirements. Stone countertops offer a classic look with high durability but require more maintenance and come with a higher price tag. Epoxy countertops come with versatility in design, durability, can mimic stone, create beautiful designs, and easier maintenance and a potentially lower cost!

WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OUR COMPETITORS?

We aim to set the bar when it comes to our craft. We focus on quality, durability, and customer satisfaction. Unlike most businesses who claim to do custom epoxy remodels and resurfacing; our product is much more durable and will last longer. Most companies add a decorative sheet down on the counter and then spray a single thin layer coating on top. We hand craft all of our custom epoxy designs, pour thick food grade epoxy, hand create the color patterns and texture, and to finish we add a top coat either to create a sheen gloss or matte look.

How often do I have to resurface Epoxy?

The answer is never! Epoxy is highly durable and can last for many years to come! Epoxy Never requires resurfacing, cleaning, or maintenance!
